About Kenshin: Kenshin himura isn't his real name. It was given to him by his trainer. Most people know him as batousi the man slayer. When kenshin fought in the revoulution in japan he was one of the top fighters. He fell in love with some girl named tomoe. He ended up killing her on accident and vowed never to kill again. He became a wonderer. One day when he was in a village a girl came up to him yelling at him calling him batousi. Apparently a man claiming himself as batousi went around murdering people in the name of the girls family techniuqe. Because od this she was out to get him. Kenshin being the man he is wanted to help her so he did. Unfortuneatlly all of the girls students left and when she was taking a bath he thought that she was trying to kill herself and ran in. ^o^ uh oh big mistake. She ended up locking him in a shed. Later on that night she came out to let him out and he was gone. Eventually he decided to stay with her to help out.

History: Koaru was the daughter of the teacher of the kamiya kasshin technique. Her mother died when she was very young and her father never showed any signs of remorsem, except one night when he found one of her kimono's and cried all night. Anyways when her father died she became the assistant manager of the kamiya dojo. When a man went around saying his name was battosi and saying he used the kamiya kasshin technique to kill kaoru lost all of her students. She found a guy carrying a sword and assumed he was battousi. It was kenshin actually. She found the man and realized he was a man who went at her fathers dojo when she was very young. Her father broke his finger so he could never hold a sword. He apparently learned how to use his left hand to fight. Kaoru went to confront him and he wanted to kill her for revenge on his thumb. Kaoru said that swords are used to protect people. Then at that moment kenshin shows up to save the day! He said that kaoru's way is by people who have never
expeirenced killing. And that he prefered her way rather than the truth. He beat up all the other guys and broke the guys left hand so he couldn't use a sword ever again. Whe they were done kenshin said he had to go and kaoru turned around and sayed something like go ahead leave. She heard the door shut and was about to cry. When she heard kenshin's voice she pushed back the tears. He said that he would stay but you never know when he may have to leave again. Since then kaoru has never expeirenced lonliness.

About yahiko: Yahiko grew up with a gang who used him because he could use his hands well. He could switch things easily and steal stuff. One day kenshin and kaoru were walking down the street and yahiko tried to steal his beg of money but kenshin cought him. Kenshin said try not to get cought next time. Yahiko ran off tell him not to show pity. Koaru and kenshin found out about yahiko at the resturant. They found out his mother died giving birth and his mother owed a group lots of money so yahiko had to grow up with them tryin go pay off his mothers debt. When koaru heard this she wanted to help so she went to that groups hide out and beat the crap outta them but the ended up ganging up on her. They had these dice that whenever you roll them it lands on an even. So they said that if she played their game then yahiko could go but if she lost she had to do whatever they say. She decided to play but yahiko tried to stop her and knocked him over. When he did that yahiko switched the dice. Kaoru said she would take odds. So they rolled and it landed on a odd. The guys found out yahiko switched them and beat him up. Luckily kenshin came to save the day and kaoru decided to teach him her technique.

About Sanosuke: Sanosuke is a fighter who looks for a good fight. His old job was a fighter for higher. He wanted to fight kenshin when he found out how strong he was. So they fought and he lost. Since then he quit his job and hangs around the kamiya dojo. Kaoru is nice enough to give him free meals. But anyways he tries to protect people and is very superstitous. He thinks that if you take a picture it will suck away your soul and is afraid of trains calling them monsters. But other than that he is a really good fighter and defends what he thinks is right.

About Megumi: Megumi was foced to make opium for the oniwaba group. She would always try to run away but they would just cath her again. One time she ran and came to where kenshin and sanosuke were gambling with some of sanosuke's friends. They helped her fight off the guys and they found out that she made opium. Earlier that da before they met megumi they found out that one of sanouske's friends had died because someone gave him opium. Sanosuke was mad at megumi at first then when they saved megumi he didn't hate her anymore after he found out she was forced. Megumi decided to stay with kaoru's doctor and become a better doctor herself. Although she does flirt with kenshin alot and calls him sir ken, and kaoru gets mad.
